Dear David,

Just a note to say thank you both , and all staff.

The family thought it was very sincere of you and staff member, to came to the crematorium. I am sorry i only saw you at the last minute.

Mum had got to the point of no return , and thought it was heart breaking to see her in the last few week , she had a long happy life.

Thank you and all the staff for being there , and taken good care of mom.
