Well as a regular user of this garage I have always found the staff to be friendly and happy even though they are sometimes under immense pressure owing to it being so incredibly busy, so mr (or mrs) grr, if Your card doesn't work maybe you could appreciate the extra work your making for them and get it sorted? .
