"Dangerous Drivers"

As I was walking my dog this morning, I was hit by this van. They had long branches in a trailer that were poorly stacked and stuck out alot from the trailer. As they drove past me (far too fast for a lane with lots of blind spots), they whipped me with the branches, resulting in cuts and bruises on my back and arm. They didn't appear to care as they drove off. I am considering legal action..
