02/05/2016 My wife phoned to make an appointment with someone as her mother had passed away the day before, she was speaking to someone ( don't want to mention their name) who said they were closed, my wife replied she merely wanted to make an appointment to meet someone at the business to make funeral arrangements. My wife was told "we don't do appointments" to which my wife asked how do I get to talk with someone in person, she was told they would travel to see my wife, until they realized she lived two hours drive from Hereford and said they could not help as they "don't do appointments".

Needless to say that another undertaker has kindly agreed to help us at this difficult time..
