"Still waiting"

I ordered an item from Rai Fashions over two weeks ago and the money was taken immediately from my account, but the goods haven't arrived. It is impossible to contact the firm as answer phones are permanently full up and no one is there.

I was going to make a very large order but unless the goods arrive in the next few days I will look for another supplier,.
